Undergraduate Officers of the Executive Branch

Nick Wellkamp, President
The President is the spokesman for the Student Body in all student relations and affairs with the administration. This person is the chief executive and is responsible for the activities of the entire Executive Branch. The President is also responsible for standing appointments of heads of executive bodies, non-elected officers, and of students that serve on bodies' external to Student Government. The President also has power to transact routine business that is in the best interest of the Student Body. This person sits as an ex-officio member of all executive committees and departments. Finally the President has the power to veto, one time any Bill passed by the Student Council.
Kaitlyn Frazier, Executive VP
The Executive Vice President is responsible for the actives of the legislative branch. He or she serves as Chairman of the Student Council and is responsible for calling meetings of that body. Charged with fostering a cohesive council, the Executive Vice President coordinates retreats, training session, and social functions. He or she also assist the Student Body President in the fulfillment of all executive duties including appointments. He or she will further act in full capacity of the Student Body President, if the Student Body President is unable to perform his duties.
Position Vacant, Chief of Staff
The Chief of Staff is the principal advisor to the President. He or she oversees and coordinates all areas of Student Government. In addition, he or she is responsible for the coordination of specific initiatives and is a point of contact for the Executive Officers. The office exists to assist the Student Body President carry out initiatives in an efficient and effective manner.
Position Vacant, VP of Administrative Affairs
The Vice President of Administrative Affairs is the chairman of the Administrative Affairs Board and coordinates all the efforts of the committees in the cabinet. He or she serves as the President's advisor on all administrative issues. More over, the Vice President of Administrative Affairs receives all grievances concerning non-student life and channels them to the appropriate committee.
Position Vacant, VP of Campus Affairs
The Vice President of Campus Affairs is the Chairman of the Campus Affairs Board and coordinates all the efforts of the committees placed under him. He or she ensures that all committees under the cabinet have the tools they need to get the job done. He or she serves as the President's advisor on all student life issues. Moreover, the Vice President of Campus Affairs receives all grievances concerning student life and channels them to the appropriate committee
Position Vacant, VP of Campus Organizations
The Vice President of Campus Organizations is the Chairman for the Joint Campus Organizations Committee (JCOC) and is responsible for coordinating all chartering of student organizations. He or she ensures that student organizations are chartered efficiently and fairly. He or she represents the voice of student organizations to administrators and provides student organizations support when necessary. More over, the Vice President of Campus Organizations reviews student organization policies and receives all grievances concerning student organizations.
Position Vacant, VP of Finance
The Vice President of Finance is the Chairmen of the Joint Finance Committee. He or she is responsible for coordinating all activity of that committee. He or she also coordinates the 10 member Joint Finance Committee in the preparation and writing of the annual Student Activities Fee Budget. He or she facilitates the committees' review and recommendations to the Undergraduate House and Graduate Senate concerning bills and special allocations of student activity fees.
